Hello,

          My name is Aryan Mukherjee, and I started this journey as an 11 year old 5th grader who loves to read, game, and play galore! As a first time blogger, I am ecstatic about sharing my A-Z adventures, and an abundant more of wacky happenings inside my brain's storage compartment. First, let's talk about who's posting, publicizing and roaring with ideas: me!

       Hobbies

         Starting off with an understatement, I adore taekwondo, which is by far my favorite hobby and passion. You know how parents expect you to crack a book and burn the midnight oil with nonstop studies and tedious labor? Well, taekwondo allows you to be free in the form of martial arts, to express yourself combatively and learn moral values, plus more! Secondly, I fancy a game of handball with my dad as I am very competitive in nature. Since handball isn't an official sport (though totally should be), it's also one of my great hobbies. Finally, transportation is one of my hobbies. By that, I mean transporting my head into the clouds! Sure, it's a massive distraction, but ingenuity of the mind allows me to, like taekwondo, be free; in the form of myself (as you'll witness in my blogs).

Friends and Family

       I have to conclude that my friends and family are ideal. Let's jumpstart with my friends, whose names are Siddharth, Rishab, Vansh, Jesper, Neil, and Urva. I'd like to concentrate on Siddharth and Rishab, who are my longest and most durable (figuratively speaking, or else it would have been creepy) friends. Rishab always has my back, such as that time in taekwondo when we were playing dodgeball at taekwondo(pro) and the dodgeball was sailing towards my frantic face. He heroically jumped out and took one for the home team. Siddharth on the other hand, is the helpful type, who always lends me a rubiks' cube or a ruler when I need it especially when I am not mindful (which is most of the time). Moving on, my family can be true dinosaurs sometimes, bellowing my back off. In the long run however, my parents (F.Y.I I'm an only child) are rockstars, probably due to all of the flat rocks they toss at starry lakes. You already know why parents are incredible, right?

       Listed below are some additional facts about yours truly!


  • I am in the Math Field Day program enlisted for youth, and get to represent my school on May 11 at an undisclosed high school (high schools are huge).
  • I'm addicted to solving a rubik's cube, and am guilty of causing it to trend in my class.
  • I am an enormous llama fan, and am blown away by their superiority. Kudos to ASDF, a youtube channel starring a llama whose reckless owner sent it on overdrive across an infinite cliff. R.I.P llama.

  • Oh yeah, I was also born in 2007 in Minnesota, a place where even penguins have to wear sweaters.

  Psst… Have You Heard The Gossip? Gossip. You hear it all the time. Or maybe you don’t- all those little tidbits floating around in the air like the stench of stale cheese from hallway to auditorium to friends to colleagues all the way right outside your front door. And you might not even know about it. Did I just make you paranoid? Well, don’t worry, because the topic for this article is one that you may not have foreseen- the brilliant benefits of gossip unbeknownst to much of mankind. Yes, you heard me right. Researchers in the Plotkin Research Group in Mathematical Biology in the University of Pennsylvania School of Arts & Sciences recently assembled a mechanistic math model showcasing the relationship between gossip and cooperation. Their Voices Must Be Heard

  Currently Informed embraces Black History Month By: Aryan Mukherjee February is Black History Month. Great , you say, feigning a smile and then going back to texting your friends racist jokes in your group chat. Now imagine what you’ve done in a more flushed out sense. Millions of African Americans were ransacked, beat, lynched, raped, and had their wills extracted out and burnt to a crisp under excruciating amounts of pain and sacrifice, their struggles so real and so incredibly dark that Black History Month was created to honor their suffering in our history. And you have just slandered that all because times have changed and you refuse to look back. You see, this is not just a special month where you would greet your African American friends with a little more cordiality than would typically be beckoned.
